I still haven’t packed for Hong Kong yet, so the idea of me also writing a post about what I’m packing with only a few days to go is quite ambitious isn’t it? Still, I think this will be really helpful and I know that I’m getting better at this. For one, I’m not stressed about what to pack this time – I’ve already worked out in my head what makeup and skincare essentials that I’m bringing. Last time, I actually overpacked on makeup that I didn’t even end up using so I almost know that this time, I will be smarter and more productive with my choices. I will also take photos of what fashion pieces that I will be packing but chances are, I won’t have time to write about that so I’ll just have to hold onto the photos and write a follow-up another time! Berlin Travel Diary | Day 1

To be honest, this post is so incredibly long over-due but I still want to write about it. It is now officially February. I have less than a week (!!) till I’m in another country for a few weeks, so now really is the time to get this post up and running!  FYI – I went to Berlin in mid-September. Although it’s definitely not in the moment anymore for the things that I’m about to write, I really would recommend Berlin. It was overall an unforgettable experience. 🙂 We spent five days in Berlin. The first day when we arrived seemed quite long since there were delays on the train track towards the city centre from the airport. We were waiting for a good half-hour to forty minutes. Afterwards, it was probably a good forty minute journey overall to reach the hotel which I think is quite standard. TIP: If you decide to buy 2/3/4 day passes at the airport for the train and underground, make sure you stamp the tickets at the machine by …

The Beauty Clean-Up #9 (empties)

This is starting to really feel like a series now, eh? I’ve made it a bit of a habit to look at my old empties which comes in so handy because I actually forget what I’ve used before or what I really liked/disliked. You see…it’s like my personal notebook on digital space. I’m the type of person who reads my own blog post even after I’ve long posted it…does anyone else do this? 😳 (I know it seems a bit narcissistic but I think it’s so important to like your work even if it’s not actually your job!)
