The Sunday Catch-Up #5 | Getting Back on Track

I don’t think I’ve seen my drafts box quite so low before! I don’t know if that’s necessarily a good thing or not but I’ve been clearing some of the old drafts and finally posting them so there’s that. Speaking of old, last time I wrote a post in this series was back in June and holding that thought just for a minute, I definitely think I need to do more posts like this that sprout from a stream of consciousness. There’s just something about writing what’s on your mind, in that moment, that makes me feel calm and present. Here are some of the things that have been lurking in my mind recently: New Content and Discussions Blogging has been quite stop/start for me in the latter half of 2018 but you’ll be seeing more of me soon as I aim to really discuss some new topics and let my eponymous blog grow to the potential that I want it to. I don’t mean it in a fancy way either – think of it …

March Monthly Favourites | 2019

I am extremely happy to show you the Favourites that I have compiled for this March! It’s not often that I don’t have a beauty favourite to share – in fact, this might be a first – but since I had so many other favourites, it’s probably for the best (although purely coincidental). Some of it is going to be very random but I feel that’s what makes Favourites fun because certain items get honourable mentions and help define a moment in your life. Let’s get started shall we? Featured in this post: NETFLIX:Queer Eye (Season 3)Selling SunsetTerrace House: Boys & Girls in the City OTHER:Happy Glass (game)Stop Stealing Dreams – Seth Godin (A manifesto available on Medium – please read)BeautyPlus Netflix I don’t watch as much Netflix as most people because I am trying to enjoy everything I watch in small doses. In other words, I’m restraining myself from binge-watching too much at a time. I don’t know about you but whilst it was good to binge-watch at the beginning, it eventually ruins your …

Berlin Travel Diary – Berlin Wall and Gendarmenmarkt | Day 3

Obviously I didn’t just come back from Berlin. I’m just a horrible human being who posts things super late at times – but because I love sharing, I would like to showcase the remaining photos of my Berlin trip from September 2017. Plus, it’s nice to finish chapters in your life right? This will be the last segment to my Berlin Travel Diary series. I know that I said I went to Berlin for 5 days but I decided to only write about the 3 days in the middle since I am not quite counting the day of arrival or day of departure. (Either days were relatively chilled out although I think I have roughly covered the first day of arrival in my first segment.) In addition, thank you so far for the positive response from my last Berlin post! The comments written were very generous so I guess posting the photographs despite it being months late, was a good idea after all, right? You can catch up with the previous segments in the series …

A Bag Full of Empties 2018

Don’t worry, you haven’t read the title wrong. Here is another one of my crazy-late posts that actually got the chance of passing the finishing line! I took these photos at the beginning of the year but if you have been keeping up, the start of 2019 started a bit shaky for me and quite frankly, I wasn’t in the mindset to want to fully blog leisurely. I love a good empties post/video so it was always my intention to share this – just a matter of when. I’m still playing a bit of blog catch-up at the moment but I’ll be at the top of my blogging A-game soon in no time. 🙂 Now there’s a lot of products to cover so I’m going to keep it short and snappy for each one. Grab a cuppa and let’s get started!
